Over three days, the award-winning baker, Judith Josephson will show you how to knead the perfect dough, how to prove and of course how to bake the perfect loaf.
In three fast-paced sessions you’ll be invited to join Judith in her kitchen. She’ll introduce you to the basics and talk you through the step-by-step process of bakery quality bread-making.
Monday (45 mins)
The basic set-up. Bring flour, water, yeast and experience. Judith will show you how to turn those simple ingredients into a simple rustic loaf. This is a starter guide for everyone; novices will learn the rudimentary skills, old hands can perfect their techniques.
Tuesday (45 mins)
Following Judith’s recipe (that she’s email you in advance), you’ll come to Tuesday’s session with pre-proven dough. She’s show you how to platt, weave and season the perfect lattice breads and presentation buns.
